Day of Event Instructions

• Program participants must park at Eastover Park, 1031 Main Street, Eastover, SC 29044. Participants will board a motor coach for transportation to the site.
• The motor coach will depart at the top of the hour so we suggest arriving 15 minutes before your tour time.

Liability Release

For good and valuable consideration I agree to release and to hold harmless Historic Columbia Foundation and International Paper Company on whose premises the Kensington Tour will occur (hereinafter the "Location") and their respective directors, officers, representatives, members, agents and employees (hereinafter collectively "Releasees") from any and all liability, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise for any claim, judgment, loss, liability, cost and expenses (including, without limitations, attorney's fees and costs) arising out of or connected with the Kensington Tour and while traveling to and from the Location.

Site Accessibility

Kensington Mansion has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places since 1971.  Certain structural changes would threaten or destroy the historical significance of the property and International Paper is currently working with the South Carolina State Historic Preservation Office to address accessibility requirements under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  If you or any member of your group has any questions regarding accessibility, then please contact Historic Columbia at 803.252.1770, ext. 24 at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your tour date and speak to a representative.
